How It Works: Our Simple 4-Step Process

Step 01

FREE Diagnostic Visit or Virtual Assessment

We'll either send a licensed technician to assess the issue you're having or hop on a call with one of our technicians for a virtual assessment. Our in-person Diagnostic Visit includes a full inspection, expert diagnosis, and a transparent estimate based on our flat-rate labor model — no pressure, no hidden fees. Just honest answers and helpful options. Our Diagnostic Visit fee will always come right off your invoice so not a dime is wasted, while our Virtual Assessment is conducted free of charge.

Step 02

Lock it In

Once we've diagnosed the issue, we'll offer the soonest available time to fix it — sometimes right then and there. We'll take a 50% deposit to secure your spot. No extra fees, just a commitment to get it done right.

Step 03

The Fix

With your spot secured, our technician returns to complete the repair with quality parts and expert care (unless you choose to provide the material yourself). We'll walk you through what's being done, keep things tidy, and make sure everything's working perfectly before we leave. Just good work — no surprises.

Step 04

Final Check & Payment

Before we call it done, we'll walk through the repair with you to make sure everything meets our high standards — and yours. If something's not right, we'll make it right. Once you're fully satisfied, we'll collect payment. Simple, transparent, and backed by our Good Deeds Guarantee.

The team at Good Deeds was WONDERFUL! I had my water heater replaced by them and it was a great experience. They were quick, professional and very friendly. From the first inquiry to the final install, everything went so smoothly. Previous water heater is a model with a 55GAL capacity, which isn’t really made anymore. Jordan helped me select the best new size and model. The age of the old tank also created some safety issues is the gas valve, that Ramon quickly identified and replaced as well.

Great service! Jordan came on the same day to evaluate the problem, and then gave us multiple alternatives for solutions. We chose to replace our hot water which they did within 2 days (on a Sunday). Aside from getting our hot water back, you never would have known they were here!
