Great service! Jordan came on the same day to evaluate the problem, and then gave us multiple alternatives for solutions. We chose to replace our hot water which they did within 2 days (on a Sunday). Aside from getting our hot water back, you never would have known they were here!

Just honest answers and helpful options. Our Diagnotic Visit fee will always come right off your invoice so not a dime is wasted while our Virtual Assessment is conducted free of charge!
Step 2: Lock it In
Once we’ve diagnosed the issue, we’ll offer the soonest available time to fix it—sometimes right then and there. We'll take a 50% deposit to secure your spot. No extra fees, just a commitment to get it done right.
Step 3: The Fix
With your spot secured, our technician returns to complete the repair with quality parts and expert care (unless you choose to provide the material yourself). We’ll walk you through what’s being done, keep things tidy, and make sure everything’s working perfectly before we leave. Just good work—no surprises.
Step 4: Final Check & Payment
Before we call it done, we’ll walk through the repair with you to make sure everything meets our high standards—and yours. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Once you’re fully satisfied, we’ll collect payment. Simple, transparent, and backed by our Good Deeds Guarantee.

What is the "Good Deeds Fund"?
The Good Deeds Fund is at the heart of our mission at Good Deeds Plumbing & Heating. With every invoice, up to 5% is donated to our internal Good Deeds Fund. This allows us to support projects and initiatives throughout our community, from contributing to the West Chester Food Cupboard to giving our technicians the ability to subsidize a project when someone is in need.
